Giving up meat for lent (DAY 2)
Another easy(ish) day. Went to a Vegetarian Indian buffet and then cooked spagbol using Quorn mince. It tasted good until someone informed me its made of mushroom and then my ultimate hate for them little buggers got the best of me and it tasted strange after that.
